Regardless of whether it is acquaintances encountered in real life or opinions on the Internet, the differences are becoming greater. Although I don't care much about these discussions, I just listen to them casually.

Almost anywhere, you can find other demands hidden beneath high-profile morality. Not understanding the impact of economic conditions on people, I gradually feel disconnected from myself and society. Fortunately, as I come into contact with more and more people, I slowly gain more insights. In fact, most of the things you dislike may be related to economic conditions, whether you are willing to admit it or not. Society is a place for education. Accept reality, find solutions instead of just accepting your own ideas. Everything is possible, what matters is how to face and solve problems.
This is also true in the software industry. You see, so many concepts are invented, so many frameworks are developed, but the coldness of the Internet still reaches everyone. Downsizing, hiring fresh graduates... No matter how brilliant your concepts are, in the end, the cost and output determine whether you can continue. It's the same for personal life, it's just that talking about money makes people feel that it lacks morality. But that's how reality is, and your ideas cannot change it.
